How do I test my connection speed?
My problems instantly became your priority and that’s something we can’t get with big commercial companies.
You can use our speed test to measure your current internet connection speed.
There are a few things to consider before you begin the test:
- The speed test should work in any web browser that supports Flash. (At least Flash 8 is required to use the current version of the speed test.)
- Directly connect your computer to the modem. Testing via a wireless connection yields varying results that don’t represent your service’s full potential.
- Close other programs using the Internet, disconnect from VPN, and make sure you are not downloading or uploading anything.
- Turn off other computers, tablets or gaming consoles that share your home network.
