We recognize that the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world is an unprecedented time for everyone, a time that, for all of us, is filled with uncertainty. As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread throughout the communities where we all live and work, we continue to monitor the guidance issued by federal and state officials, and are constantly looking for ways to help protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.
As of March 16, our lobby is closed, we are no longer allowing our technicians to enter customer premises and have many of our employees working remotely. We will continue to ensure service availability and will continue to offer guidance and troubleshooting to resolve any issues during these trying times.
We want you to know you have our commitment to continue providing you with the products and services you depend on. We are doing everything we can to offer the best customer experience possible. These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential exposure and spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you for the long term.
Please be safe and stay healthy.
